Starting on July 9th, The Greater West Covina Business will be holding its annual Summer Concert Series at the Civic Center Courtyard in West Covina. The free event will be held every Thursday from July 9th to August 13th from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Artists include Mariachi Divas, Yari More Latin Band, Sgt. Pepper, Ry Bradley, Cold Duck and Boys of Summer.

The Grammy award winning act, Mariachi Divas,  are well-known in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Their music has been featured in films such as Julia and La Dentista, as well as Hallmark cards. They perform weekly at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim.

Sgt. Pepper and Boys of Summer are a Beatles Tribute Band and a Eagles Tribute Band, respectively. Sgt. Pepper, along with their routine Beatles songs, perform many songs from British Invasion artists. On the other hand, Boys of Summer exclusively perform music from The Eagles. They sing fan classics such as Take It Easy, Desperado, Hotel California, and of course Boys of Summer.

The concert series has been a tradition for the city for decades, but was improved in 2009 when The Greater West Covina Business Association started to produce it. The concert series was originally celebrated at The Lakes Entertainment Center by Edwards Theatres. The GWC and The City of West Covina became partners of the event once the concert had a successful 2012. The concert has since been moved to the West Covina City Civic Center Courtyard.

The Greater West Covina Business Association has extended its invitation to West Covina Smiles. We will have a booth at the concert series, and will be there for all your dental questions and concerns.  Introduce your friends to your dentist West Covina Smiles.
