I have been to several dentists over the years and glad I have finally found a permanent one. The customer service from the lovely staff is outstanding and Dr. Marin is the best! They all make me feel comfortable and at ease every time I go. And of course, the have done an excellent job on my teeth and always keep me informed on what they need to do and why. I have already referred people to this office and would recommend them to anyone else!

Ive had terrific experience. Most people dread having an injection but with Dr. Marin its actually very soothing because his assistant rubs my ear. Also the front desk staff is very professional and organized.
Im a very busy person and i appreciate that they never make me wait. I highly recommend Dr. Marin!

My experience here was very very good. The staff is extremely professional, Dr Marin has a very light hand, the first time i didnt feel the shots. His work is incredible. I highly recommmend him for your dental work. I usually dont recommend dentists , but Dr Marin i would highly recommend.

Here in this dentist feels like a nice and loving place. The doctors here treat you Great . A thing I like about this dentist is that they dont just go into the procedure or sticking a needle like nothing into your mouth unlike other dentist ive gone to theyre not careful but Doctor Marin & His helpers are gentle the make you feel comfortable & like they really care about your health . And they are vey careful about anythig the tell you not to fear the procedure and they are right it dosent hurt when they do what they do . Well i want to just thank Dr. Marin & the other doctors . The Dentist for the FEARFUL

I just want to share a bit about my experience here with Oscar Marin, dentist and his staff. He staff is great and professional. Most important genuine. Though I initially came here about one year ago for a consultation I did not come back for any dental work. My fear has always been the DENTIST, because of horrific experience I had as a child, that ended with me going to the E.R. and hospitalization. That being said I first came here with alot of prayer and the fear that if I did not care for my teeth I'd end up TOOTHLESS. That is a place I do not want to go. So last week with prayer again and a sense of confidence. Dr. Marin performed oral surgery. I can say with sincere honestly that there was no pain at all. A little discomfort but nothing that a little Tylenol did not take care of. I still have alot of work to be done. Though I can honestly say that my fear has lessened by 95%. I would like to thank Dr. Marin for his gift of dentistry that has not only made me fearless in his hands, but I look to the future of having my SMILE back I would without a doubt recommend that if you have any fears or concerns that you come here first. I can assure you that you will leave a happy patient.

Unlike the typical visit to the dentist, I never experience the typical sweaty palms, upset stomach, feeling of anxiety before my appointment. The extraction of my wisdom teeth, perhaps one of the most evasive procedures, was done in a short time with virtually no pain or swelling. I would defintiely reccommend this place to anyone I know.

Service worth your time

I have been coming to Dr. Marin's office now for over 3 years. I have complete trust in Dr. Marin and his staff. They all have been terffic to my son and I. My son started here when he was 3 years old. He loves coming to the dentist. It's hard to find a good dentist for a child.

I have referred many friends, co workers and family members. Dr. Marin and his staff are all very helpful and friendly. I have never expericne any negitave situtations here.

The office is very clean and full of comfort. With upto date technology.

They have great hours and appointments are never hard to get. I have never had to wait weeks for an appointment.

I highly recommend this office to anyone.

Well its been really good being a customer at West Covina Smiles. First off they have a great dentist in Dr. Marin and the ladies in the front desk always make you feel at home. Not only do they fix your smile to be bright but they always educate you on what's wrong with your teeth and what you can do to have healthy teeth. But the main reason I love it here is because they make sure everything is taken care of and always call to make sure everything is ok with their customers which to me if they didn't do that I probably wouldn't have finish. Con el Doctor Marin fue la primera vez me lo recomendo una amiga de la escuela, y quede satisfecho con el trabajo que me hiso que en realidad fueron muchas cosas que trabajo para reemplazar unos rellenos y colocar coronas he hizo un trabajo excelente. lo recomiendo

My exprience with the staff and Dr.Marin has been good.I was refered by sister a year ago,since I have been coming along with my husband and three boys.We are very please with Dr. Marin services,
thanks to his staff we have been able to schedule
and attend our appoitments.The Staff is very friendly and really make you feel confortable and part of the family, that makes our visit easier to attend our appointments as well.

Doesn't come any better!!

I highly recommend West Covina Smiles to everyone. After having been thru several dentist I along with my daughter are truly satisfied with our experience here. Not only is Dr. Marin an awesome dentist but his staff is very professional and the office is absolutely clean and comfortable. It really doesn't get any better than West Covina Smiles :)

I love this place! The staff is super friendly. Dr. Marin explains things in very easy to understand ways and really allows you to visualize what is going on in your mouth.
I love this place so much I still fly in here to get my teeth cleaned despite living in Colorado.

My Dentist Experience

I have not been to the dentist for over 6 years and was feeling a bit nervous coming in for a wisdom tooth extraction, but the greeting from the front desk lightened up my mood. The Dentist assistants were so friendly i couldn't help but to like them, they also assured me that I was in good hands and that some of them shared their experience with Dr. Marin and all were pleased with the work and commented that he has light hands. At that time my negative thoughts of being back to the dentist were lifted from my worries. The staff is great and so is Dr. Marin.

Friendliness

5 Star Service

I'm a new patient with Dr. Marin and I've always been terrified of dental work. Dr.Marin and his staff made me felt as comfortable as I have ever been at the dentist. Great Family Dentist

Dr. Marin is a great dentist for the whole family. My kids actually enjoy their visits to the dentist and have learned alot about taking good care of their teeth and gums. We love u & ur staff but......

My husband & I have been going to ur office for almost 2 years, we have been so pleased by ur friendly & caring staff that we recently added our children & always refer ur services, we feel right at home & among family thanx to the atmosphere u & ur team create, we love everyone from Gisela to both Drs. my only complaint is to the new assistant girl, she has been rude to 1 of my sons before hurting him while taking xrays, I call Gisela & brought this to her attention, today my husband went to his app & came back with the same complaint from the same girl to the point that she made him bleed just from xrays. We love u guys & will keep on going & refer ur services I dont believe 1 person's rude service ruins all ur excellent & profesional service.

My experience with Dr. Marin has been wonderful from the beginning. Customer serivce is somthing I look for when I am buying some sort of service, and Dr. Marin and his staff has exceeded expetectations.
